Every Friday and Saturday evening the American Flatbread bakery becomes an informal restaurant. BornFlatbreadKitchen at the Tucker Hill Lodge, the restaurant is now attached to the Lareau Farm Country Inn. Restaurant seating is in the oven room where guests can see the fire and watch the bakers and cooks as they prepare each flatbread to order.

The Restaurant does not accept reservations. You may come in person to put your name on our waiting list starting at 4:30. Dining begins at 5:30.

At Lareau Farm, we host a Community Cafeteria in our pavilion Thursday nights throughout the summer:

American Flatbread at the Marble Works, Middlebury, Vermont.

In June 2002 we opened our second bakery restaurant at the Marble Works in Middlebury, Vermont. As in Waitsfield, American Flatbread at the Marble Works operates as a wholesale bakery during the weekdays and opens as an informal restaurant on Fridays and Saturdays from 5:00-9:00 year round. (You can tell which frozen breads are made in Middlebury because the "Best If Used By" ink is blue!)
